Absolutely. I kinda hope though that new generation will be different. Game culture seems to be spreading to older ages very well, so should the cartoons (I'd hope).

Adults have always been a huge part of the gaming culture.Depends on the game.

Were they? I think say 25 years ago it wasn't true. I don't know though, its just what I picked up from gamers' conversations on the web.

I know of quite a few people in 25-35 range who are active gamers, and I am not specifically looking for them. So it makes me guess that at least in the states it becomes normal for people to just keep playing games, regardless of age.

I don't =) But I'd guess a lot. Still, as of now the market for cartoons marketed towards adults and older teens is pretty small outside Japan. That is just how I think it is though, I don't have numbers on that.
