No, it's just basic similarities, otherwise, HxH is different from Naruto, and is a very good anime........

It is not that I intentionally quote your posts incorrectly, the system generates the quotes this way. Probably because of the apostrophe in your username.

Well it seemed like @Saber was serious about making me watch OP, and you kinda supported her, so I thought it would be good at least to give you a hind about what I like in anime, so you can bring stronger arguments =) You don't need to be doing that though, as I said there is no way I'll watch One Piece :angel:

Here are the reason for me to recommend this anime to you.

It is a great anime with good character development. The music and the settings are quite good too.
The art gets better over time. It will show you life of a pirate in a different perspective.
It is better than naruto.
Do you want me to add anything more?

Ichigo Vs Bayakya and there was another guy I have forgotten , it was a three way battle and give me lots of excitement was a very good fight and I also enjoyed Naruto Vs Pain and who remember Tsunade Vs Orochimaru while Jiraiya was also there ... Pretty amazing fights

See, I know what shonen anime is. And I know OP is a good anime. Even assuming OP is better than other shonen series I watched it is still not going to be on my list. Its just too long. I would need to hear something shockingly surprising to change my mind =)

Well, if you really want a surprising thing then you would literally see a normal ship fly to the clouds using some sort of water gun, may be that's not the right word in this anime.
You can get to see an island(floating island) in the sky and that doesn't really feel out of place at all.
Isn't that surprising? :D
