I am talking about your subjects in school, or college, or wherever you are studying (studied) at.

So what is it? =) If your favorite subject is something very specialized like "Algorithms for Data Compression", please, pick also one that is more common (picking two or three or how many you want is okay) :youarecool:

My answer would be Mechanics. I am not sure if I am telling the truth though, cause Math is really close to getting the top position in my list.

Favorite subject huh? Well....I love coding in "C" , "C++" , "java"

And java includes both core and advanced :D
I love Hindi language too :ohmy:
Hmm...may be learning new stuff related to software............... even though I don't know php...I have modified some reasonable amount of code in this mybb forum software,so you can say I love messing with software :blush:

Now...sindar....What's that post icon again? A bug? :stoned:

P.S.I like mechanics too...Nah...I like calculating force acting on some ...body :P

Art and English and electrical.

Electrical, is it like electrical engineering? Do you learn basic electrodynamics and RLC circuits there, or is it transistors and other semiconductors?

How could have expected you would name a lot of programming courses ^. ^ I wish I had a java course when I was studying *_* :really:

Well it is a bug, I suppose. A fat green little one with short legs and very small antennas ^o^

Well...I haven't said anything about C#..it is similar to java..but....I am not at all good at it.Blame it on our stupid course to have one little chapter about it  And..I haven't mentioned assembly language or linux stuff either ._.

even though they are cool...I am not good at dealing with such troublesome languages >.>

Ne...are you teasing me? I know that it's a bug...but..why a bug?

They say a programmer doesn't need to learn all the languages, cause when you get the general ideas of program writing it won't take much time for you to learn new syntax and such =) I wouldn't worry about C# if I were you :P

Yep I am =) I dunno, it couldn't find a better icon I guess ^^

Isn't java a bit old now?

C is 40 years old by now, C++ is 30, and they are as popular as ever =) Programming languages aren't aging too badly, Java probably has potential to last for decades. Wiki says that Java is about 19 years old.

Those are the basics. We don't use them now for the new software development :D
About mechanics, do you like everything in mechanics? Or some specific field?

Most embedded systems I came across are programmed using some version of C though =) So what do you use for the software development? C# or something?

Yeah, I meant classical mechanics specifically. I am especially interested in analytical mechanics, and I haven't went into continuum mechanics yet, don't know if I want to. I don't know much about relativistic and quantum mechanics, never tried to study them outside of what was in the school textbooks. Hope it wasn't too specific =)

Now it's php's era and C# is a powerful language too :D

You have mentioned almost everything about mechanics :)

I thought php is only for used web programming, not for software development O.o

So what is your favorite subject, you never mentioned it :P It is the same as what Clara mentioned, all the CSE stuff? =)

PHP can also be used as a general-purpose programming language.I have mentioned C# too for that matter :D

Favorite subject, I have quite an attachment with Social studies which deals with geography, history, civics and economics.
I am not a programmer but I know some things just like you.

You are not a programmer but you have some reasonable knowledge in that field.I am impressed :D

Okay, didn't know that  I wasn't really trying to argue, I have no real knowledge to do so : D All my experience with php ends with making 1 or 2 web pages back in my last year of college, and I just assumed it was the only way to use it ^^'

You just named all my favorite subjects back from high school : D I didn't like physics and math back then, but history and geography, I loved those classes *_* I think with classes like that it depends on the teacher, some can make it really interesting for the students.

Oh, I thought you were for some reason :O People who know about stuff like C# usually are mixed up with programming in some way :D I used to do some coding for fun when I was a student, so there is nothing impressive there ^^

You don't have to bow to me :D College days are fun in a way.

Most of the people don't like history or geography(they sleep during these two classes :( ).I am glad to hear that you liked them :D

I am not a programmer.Because of clara and shaurya,I know some basics :)

none of mine are common x( i don't have math x(
mine i guess is anesthetics (mainly because its a lot of physiology...which i like lol) and neurology x)
