Well I did mistook the name but the name is Mangaka-San to Assistant-San to
It is a really funny manga but it is ecchi so I don't recommend that for you :D

Gantz... I was up to date but stopped for a good while until after its end. Now I had to go back to refresh my memory and resume it.

I am reading a book named "Beautiful Thing: Inside the Secret World of Bombay's Dance Bars"by Sonia Faleiro
That book is very touching and explains a lot about Mumbai's dark side.

It is a place where women perform dance for male customers for money.
They initiated in Maharashtra and as far as I know, they are illegal now but I am sure hundreds of them exist even now in Mumbai.
