I am walking but I am not losing weight

Usually the fast methods to lose weight are either temporary, as in you’ll gain the weight back quickly, or they’re incredibly unhealthy and can cause damage to your organs. You have to figure out how many calories you’re taking in, and burn more than what you’re taking in.
thanks and yes i agree that immediate effects are often unhealthy and has potential risks.
the other day i came across these drinks which are supposedly for burning fat and i thought this could change my life. i think i celebrated too early.

Most of those drinks either don’t work, or you use it to supplement a workout. If all you had to do was walk and drink a fat burner, we wouldn’t have that many overweight people. What else are you doing besides walking and looking at drinks?

Not to be rude, but I can see why there hasn’t been much progress. It doesn’t sound like you’re doing much. If you’re trying to lose a noticeable amount of weight, you have to do more.

i understand lol
but with work it's hard to make time everyday. what's the ideal exercise time?

Do not skip meals.
That wouldn't be necessary and it would only destroy your body. Just a reminder.

Not really. I was talking about how if you eat healthy, you’re not really doing anything. If you’re trying to lose weight by doing a low effort exercise like walking, but not make dietary and lifestyle changes, it’s not really a surprise when there hasn’t been any success.
So true
I just heard that if you track your steps and make sure that it's about 10k, you can lose weight steadily!
