I am walking but I am not losing weight

lol i don't know how to say this but i have seen videos about walking 10000 steps a day and it's been 30 days but i haven't lost any weight.
 
Just check whether you have a hidden condition.
If you are doing exercise and controlling your diet, ideally you should have lost some weight.

i can't afford them and for now i will see how far i can get by exercise
 
You have to combine walking with something else. If I work out and then go eat a box of Popeyes right afterwards, I regained the calories I just lost.

Calories matter a lot and if you are taking less food with loads of calories, you will end up being hungry which will make you have even more food later.

Not really. I was talking about how if you eat healthy, you’re not really doing anything. If you’re trying to lose weight by doing a low effort exercise like walking, but not make dietary and lifestyle changes, it’s not really a surprise when there hasn’t been any success.

do you have any quick tips to lose weight fast? i heard of these spinach drinks but i don't know if they are effective lol

Usually the fast methods to lose weight are either temporary, as in you’ll gain the weight back quickly, or they’re incredibly unhealthy and can cause damage to your organs. You have to figure out how many calories you’re taking in, and burn more than what you’re taking in.
