I do and sometimes even
Saridon doesn't help me much and it makes me irritated.
Usually I try not to sleep during the day time to avoid these stupid headaches and I make sure, I avoid waking up others
..

But yeah they're unavoidable at times. Do you guys have any tips for me? I hate my stupid head quite a bit, at the moment ;_;

I don’t get a headache when I wake up abruptly, but I do feel a bit off when I do.

I usually take a nap asap.

If they keep happening and you are having to adjust your lifestyle to these headaches,
I would just go see a doctor and go from there.
Like you can google etc find 100 different things it could be.
Sure you can try one by one.
It can be anything from dehydration, diet, stress, sleeping habits, these would be the basics.
But im sure it can also be due to many other reasons that i don't know off.
Just go to doctor and get checked out :)

Chiropractor, a good one that slowly heals the body might also be good. Tight neck muscles can be the source of headaches.

I have these severe headaches like an year ago.. And I was pretty sure that... They must be related to a brain tumor and requested for an MRI scan despite the doctor's advice... And it turned out to be nothing.
I just have a very low pain tolerance ;-;

yah i went to one, my trap was extremely tight, probably from the gym over the years and working in office job.
the Chiro said it was really tight - i must say the first 2 sessions i went to was pure pain after that it felt more relaxing

yeah thats why i dont suggest trying to self diagnose, good to do a test to rule it out anyway, peace of mind.
Yeah so go through the Doctor again - try his suggestions.
Chiro like Demon said may also help. headaches do have multiple sources that they can come from.
I don't think your pain tolerance matters too much.
Its ok to get headaches from time to time every other months
But if they are really common, I would imagine there must be something triggering them.

I agree with Davis, it is best to go go see a doctor as soon as you get the chance. please don't put it off. I would suggest to ask them if it can be possible to have them test your blood to do an overall check in one go about what are your levels for vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, sugar, etc. It is not going to hurt even if it turns you are fine.

I recommend you to keep a notepad and pen near where you sleep so you can jolt down details about the pain that can help the doctor. For example, do you get the pain before you open your eyes or when you sit down? is it pulsating or continuous? How intense is the pain? What part of your face and/or head aches? How long does this pain last? This information can help your practitioner. I would even suggest to recall and jolt down your meal before, in case it could be dietary. Probably it can help you & your doctor to find patterns.

For now the thing in your control to try to see if it helps in any way would be first of all, to make a conscious effort to keep hydrated during the day and go to bed at a proper time to try to clock in at least 7 hours of sleep.

Best of luck with this, Clara. Glad they did the MRI even if the doctor was against.

i read a lot of news about chiropractor trying a message and people getting paralyzed before
that got me scared

Yeah, i did read it too, but it is very unlikely from what i also read. Very small % of people
Most of these people are qualified in all sorts of things and they have gone through University + training + years of doing it.
Often get referred by general doctors surgery's too. Some have their own staff that can do it too.
But since my work gives me medical insurance, i can get pretty much everything covered and i can go to whoever i want, which is nice.
I had muscle tightness, so i had minimal cracking, had a little, but most of the time was spent getting the muscle knot out.
It really did fix my issue, so i would recommend.
Had a friend who shoulder misalignment and he had that fixed.
You can do exercises yourself to clear some issues, but nothing is better than a professional doing their thing.

Did they say if it was a migraine or anything? There's a slight relation to headaches and back pain as well depending on what type of headache is. I wonder if you could take a ibuprofen or aspirin before bed and see if that helps a bit.

that sounds positive lol
but i think it's too expensive for me. thanks though may be someday when i can afford i will give it a try

yeah i would if you can.
I only went because i get it free from works health insurance.
alternative would be doing some sort of stretches / massages / exercises if you have some sort of pain somewhere.
Or you can buy these massage guns too, which aren't too bad for your back / muscles.

It has everything to do with my sleep schedule and stupid thoughts.
I always have my headache tablets with me... As it's kinda hard to even think straight with a headache -_-"

That's the other think... Sometimes I forget to drink water for hours (_ _)/
I am trying hard to get rid of that habit though. ^^

I have been to couple of doctors and majority of them believe they are migraines so...

hmm if you know the reasons, then stop doing the things that aren't good for you.
Yeah, im no expert so not sure if this applies to you, i dont know how often you take tablets, but if its a frequent, its not good.
You can get medication overuse headaches, if you take these tablets daily or multiple days every week.
The medicine can actually cause these headaches due to the overuse of medication.
The way to stop these, well you have to stop taking the medication.
It will suck short term but if you taking them a lot every week, this could be why you keep getting them.

I really try and not take much medicine unless i'm really sick, even then i just rest and try and sleep it off.
Even though medicine relieves symptoms they aren't always good for the body + some can cause addiction or cause your body to rely on them too much.

Thank you Davis chan.
I don't take them daily...Maybe couple of times a month like 6 or something... But those are the stats for my traveling months only. If not, I don't take them at all for weeks or even months ^^
