yeah i have heard that these three languages used to sister languages in a way.
i really didn't know that chinese characters look very different to korean charcters as their speaking way looks the same
They’re not sister languages, and aren’t in the same family tree. They’re completely unintelligible when spoken too.

Chinese is a very unique and isolate language and its roots are different from any other language around. The closest languages to chinese are korean and japanese because these cultures have interchanged and borrowed lots of words.

He’s pretty wrong, because there’s multiple languages in China that are in the same language family, Japanese and Korean are both language isolates.
