where did you hear latin in anime?
as far as i know, only french, spanish languages are used excessively

I constantly hear this about French being romantic but it's just an incomprehensible mess, it's more about who's delivering it.

Anime has an obsession with German and it often sounds pretty cool, especially with the voice actors' dorky pronounciation.
