As for me, that would probably be Balsa from Seirei no moribito. What about you guys?

I think one of them has to be Uraraka from BnHA.

I remember she once said something like she needs to do something outside of her capabilities otherwise she's not going to be able to make best out of her opportunities. That's a rare thing for a female protagonist in anime...
 
I would agree with you and Angel about Balsa.
She is very good at what she does and she is not expressionless life Mikasa or a Tsundere. I do respect Tsunade from Naruto

lol here is the thing
she is strong, and the animation is good and the ost is so good and i even hum naji song. and it's not too long. give it a try. even madara liked it.
