What do you think of antagonists who want to get rich?

We often see antagonists with ambition to rule the world, destroy the world, take revenge on the world and such. But what do you think of an antagonists who want better life for him and his family? He only want fame and fortune so he can crawl from the bottom of poverty

True. But sometimes the problem is lies on their way, that's why they called 'antagonist' haha..

When protagonists go through the bad way, it's referred to as a phase but it's entirely different when an antagonist does the same
