never heard of these two anime beforeHannahCN said:Didn't have time to watch any more anime for the past month or so. Binged Rise Up! Kemono Mich yesterday and the day before that (was friggin awesome) And started O Savage Maidens tonight (watched 8 episodes already). Savage Maidens is just... wow. Anyone else here watched it?

are they from action genre too?
that's quite interestingHannahCN said:Rise Up! Kemono Michi is an isekai about a wrestler who really loves animals, and right before he can finish the last fight of his career - after which he plans to open a pet shop - he gets summoned to another world as the 'hero', where he promptly neglects his job and decides to open a pet shop fully of demon beasts. You are missing out on some serious comedy (absurd though it may be) until you have witnessed a masked Japanese wrestler suplex a princess into submission, or defeat a pack of cerberuses by giving the alpha belly scratches (and that's just from the first episode). I feel like the absurd humor in this makes this something you'll either love or hate - I loved it. XD It's by the same writer as KonoSuba, so yeah, you know you'll be laughing your ass off.
O Maidens In Your Savage Season is a coming of age high school drama (with some serious comedic elements) focusing on the impact of discovering sex. Five young girls in a literature club, each in their own way having their lives changed by the introduction of sex, discovering what changes, what stays the same, and whether they like it or not. It's funny, it's sweet, and it's a rollercoaster of emotions - I cannot recommend it enough. <3
I also started watching BOFURI: I Don't Want to Get Hurt, so I'll Max Out My Defense.. This is... exactly what it says on the tin. Girl starts MMO, maxes out her defense, and so it goes. It's predictable and it's been done, but it's still fun to watch. XD It's on episode 4 now.

and i will be sure to check it out. thank you so much and you made great reviews.
story looks uniqueHannahCN said:Heh, thanks ^^. If isekai (or rather, slice of life in an isekai framework - isekai implies certain tropes and story elements that are missing here) are something you enjoy, I will also highly recommend Ascendance of a Bookworm, another one I finished a few weeks a go, about an adult woman about to become a librarian, when she dies and gets reincarnated into the body of a very sickly young girl in a somewhat medieval setting, and tries to introduce accessible books in her new world. Since books are only something there for the very rich, she decides she'll just make them herself - only to then be faced with every possible setback, from not having access to the necessary tools to having to do without simple things she took for granted in her old life. It's got a lot of heart, and is a lot of fun to watch!
