Nothing really. The only way you can increase your HP is by being active.
We will be working as a team so you do stand a chance against the top members. If we weaken someone strong and our HP drops to zero, then the only one who could deliver the finishing blow would be you :full:

By attacking them o.O If you manage to decrease someone's HP considerably before your HP drops to zero, someone else from our crew might be able to defeat them. Like fore example, I don't stand a chance against Star but if I attack her using my logia fruit's power, I can do a 10000 HP damage to her and I will receive a 50000 HP damage. I will die but Madara or Mansi or smoker will be able to kill her =)

How come you are referring to star-of-hope when some other admin is the captain of the marine fleet?
