Summer 2017 Anime

Oh cool. She did watched some decent anime but why did she drop bleach?

She liked the first 63 episodes A LOT(as you can see, she gave it a score of 9), but, what happened was that we started watching One Piece around the same time, and put Bleach on hold, and so, she eventually lost interest to continue it.

That's sad to hear. I hope she picks it up sometime. She wouldn't know who neliel is right?

I truly she picks it up and at least complete that arrancar arc.
I see. Even I have to revist it. I remember Bleach pretty well till the end of Soul Society arc. I've pretty much forgotten everything that takes place after that.

Well, I don't mind re-watching stuff. I like doing it when it comes to my favourites.
Death Note-7 times
Steins Gate-5 times
FMAB-3 times
Naruto-3 times
Naruto Shippuden-3 times
One Piece-2 times
HunterxHunter- 2 times
Psycho-Pass-2 times
Attack on Titan-2 times

Plus, even though Bleach has 366 episodes, 166 of them are filler. Plus, I'm gonna skip the first 63 episodes. That brings it to about 140 episodes, which is about the same as Hunter x Hunter(2011).

The entire 700 episodes 2 times.... That's really great it did you skip any episodes in one piece?

Well looking at the list and descriptions I will not be watching this summers anime for 2 reasons

1: I HATE cliffhangers normally recent shows have them.
2: I;m currently reading a lot of manga atm wouldn't want to upset my streak.

I obviously skipped the filler episodes. And, no, not 700 episodes. At that time, around 600 episodes came out, and I rewatched it till the time-skip began. I didn't re-watch any of the post time-skip stuff.

I see. Well, I have different reasons. One, none of the shows have interested me so for. Two, none of them seem to be generating any sort of hype in social media platforms or Youtube. And, none of them seem to have good scores or discussions in MAL. It's been a pretty bland season so far, especially, when compared to the very impressive season of Spring.

Then you must have watched Ace's death again. It's sad

Ace's death is sad, yes, but, I found the destruction of Going Merry, and the separation of the Straw Hat crew at Sabaody Archipelago to be more emotional.

Usopp fought hard to keep going Merry. I liked that about him

That was the only arc in which I thought he was cool. His alter-ego persona as Sogeking was a great change of pace.

Both of you earned my respect big time <3 I've re-read all the current chapters of one piece quite a few times now I do have to agree to lose the merry hit me harder than losing ace but I'm not a big fan of usopp/sogeking but since his change, his powers have been interesting me.

He's still pretty annoying, but, Sogeking made him somewhat cooler.
The problem I had with Ace's death is that while I was able to get Luffy's intense desire to save him, what probably made me apathetic was the terrible voice performance on the actor's part. It sounds like throat cancer, so, everytime he speaks, I'm like 'Shut up'. It was emotional, yes, but little things like these can put you off.

Really? I've honestly never watched the anime so I don't know, for me it was mainly cause ace had incredible power he could have acted in a way he could get luffy out of there instead he was killed off.

Plus, it was his impulsive behaviour that got him killed. He should have kept his senses and anger under control when White Beard was insulted.

Exactly I respect he wanted to defend him but whitebeard didn't care.
