he is a loyal member and you could cut him slack for activity.
 
I am not doing that
Just trying to decision things a little. A staff member does have more responsibilities after all

Staff do have more responsibility and do need to be more active mind you look at my posts, in my defense i had no internet lmfao, it's not too bad as long as you enjoy what you're talking about then shouldn't be an issue for anyone to put a little more time and effort, for me i keep the site open and refresh to check for new content about 1-2h apart unless im actively replying to someone and not doing anything prior reading watching youtube etc. then i refresh every few minutes. so you can always work in a time you check in and reply

most of the people wouldn't want to post and the posting would make them run away.

ye creating threads for me is pretty hard cause i can't think of what to make, hence why most of my threads are manga reviews, easy to make easy to voice my opinion. other than that i get stumped. replying is alot easier since the topics already there you just need to voice your opinion

that i agree
for posts we can just reply. but for threads we need to check duplicates and all before posting them.

Ah, pity that you need to be more active for it (I wouldn't even need a "staff" postition)... since I actually don't offer my skills for free....

I couldn't give more info when you are not here to listen to my opinion. I like the pictures and I feel like you have selected great pictures for the background man. Thank you!
