I would probably go with many characters like Ulquiorra from Bleach and other antagonists who are not pure evil
There are just too many of them

even that lady from jormangund too. i hate him a lot. but i admire her too

Gilgamesh from Fate/Zero. How do you not love his attitude.

I could only say Kuran Kaname here
He is too willful and wants something to keep the blood pure. I don't like that man in a moral sense.
