I have heard is this website. I am going to make an account in it, very soon. Just under 10 anime list doesn't need to be maintained yet

Your wish but it's great to keep track of which episode you're on, which ones you plan to watch and to use as a database for comparing scores and finding out info about the shows you're being recommended.
I use anilist myself which is similar.

It's useful for me because I watch a lot of on-going anime and it'll become difficult to keep track of episodes every week otherwise.

But this page is extremely helpful for you. It's the most popular anime on the website(i.e. the most watched):

If you choose anime that are under 100 episodes, and have a score above 8 there's a good chance you'll like it. Not a hard and fast rule but this really helped me find a lot of anime back when I got into the medium.

Thank you so much. I will remember this and search according for anime. I have heard of ongoing anime but right now, I would rather watch completed anime

In the top 50 except One Piece everything in that list is completed so rest assured. Everything I recommended is from the top 50(Spirited Away, Your Name, etc). I'd add One Punch Man season 1 if you are looking for something short.

i don't think she should watch it yet but i understand why you recommended it . i thought you would recommend bnha for her
 
Season 1 is like a contained story though and it's only 12 episodes long. You don't need to watch anything else. And it's not on-going either.

As for My Hero Academia I already recommended it to her in her intro thread.

Yeah it's ok. It's just a bunch of standalone movies though so you can watch them any time you want, they are not related to anything.
