I have been thinking.... If I leave my current job...I can go back to my mom but there are no companies that pay high salary for me there... But I believe I will be happy. So should I go for it?

Thanks guys.
And I suppose I am still in the same position even now....oh well...

I remember you saying a while back you had some troubles with your mom so I'd say don't go move in with her also don't leave your job just look for a new one while you're still working there and if something comes up then take it nothing is stopping you from searching. As for money if you can still live comfortably with less then I guess it is alright money is not everything and will only add to your happiness to some extent, I assume you're in your 20s so you have an even more scarce resource which is time and spending your 20s being miserable is a waste.

With the way you put it, I'd say that pursuing your happiness is important. However, if you allow me to be honest, I'd be concerned you go back to your mother after some of the things that happened last I hear you were living there and trying to be yourself. Returning home can make us feel safe, but I am not sure it'd be good for your happiness in the long term.

I agree with Risk that if this job is not making it for you even if it is well paid you can start searching and applying for jobs as you go so you can find something closer to what you'd like without risking this one before time.

It might also be a good time to do some introspection. I recommend it to try to understand what is causing you to even consider this. What is on a deeper layer.

This is going to be me projecting on my own experiences so I will probably be off the mark. since I don't know the details. This might be a fight-or-flight reaction to something where you have a part of you wanting to run from a perceived danger and into your comfort zone, which is somewhere that might still not be ideal but you see it as better because you know what to expect and that gives you a sense of control that you don't have in this other environment.
