Interstellar movie

Claraviolet

Real hero hidden in the darkness

I know that it's quite old and all but I have recently watched it.
It's just great!
I really liked it and I was laughing when they landed on the first planet with too much water and huge waves. We have never found any planet which got water after all.....just some traces here and there.
So, anyone watched it here? Hoping for a sequel like me?

it's a good movie and i enjoyed it a lot too.
i don't expect edmund to die at the end and it was disappointing

Very good movie but the only part I didn't like was the library in the black hole it was a bit too far-fetched for my taste but visually it was brilliant, be it the wormhole sequence or the first time Garguanta was shown. Also a bit heavy-handed with emotions and preaching.

It is not that old it only came out like 5 years ago.
I suppose it's not that old then xD

I didn't like that library part as well.

Well, for one, as I explained in my first post, we have never found any planet with water so far. Just traces.
The probability of finding a planet with such waves....is well, too low.
And....I don't get why they have ruled out that planet. Water is the essential part of life.
o.O  Well, but they did find a good planet with decent atmosphere.

full of rocks?
i don't see any water and i don't think she got much else. if they don't find a good enough replacement, they have to make do with the temporary shelters

I don't know why you keep harping on the water thing. This is set years into the future and they've invented space-ships and there's worm holes and everything so it's not far-fetched.
Also they eliminated the planet because it's made of nothing but water and you need a lot of other things to survive.

This is interesting man but do you think it's impossible to build something under water or something that can withstand those monstrous waves.

Don't think survival is possible without soil. Plus I don't think there's enough man-power.

That water barely reaches their waists man. Only the waves are bad.
Do you remember them walking in those Waters? And if someone lands on our oceans, they would think that our entire planet got only water in it

It's not like they'll directly teleport to our planet, it's still 30% land-mass. The planet in Interstellar is fully water.

That makes a lot more sense man.
I just assumed they landed in those waters because that lady who came before landed there and sending signals
