There's a thread here about pet peeves and this is one of mine! I really believe that only boring people are bored. It annoys me when people expect to be entertained by others and cannot entertain themselves. Here's some solutions to being bored:

do some volunteer work
clean up
study
read a book
paint a picture
exercise
talk to a loved one
go for a walk
make something
learn a new word
write a list of things to do
send healing thoughts to someone

If you are bored, go outside and run around your neighbourhood there are thousands of things to do to help you not be bored.
