How often do you eat noodles?

To be honest, I like them quite a bit.
Well, it's like once a week or two for me.

Sometimes I do eat them on a regular basis for a day or two before taking a break for couple of days or weeks.
Well, what about you guys?

Noodles are actually one of my favorite go to meals. I generally eat them 2-3 times a week. I like the regular ramen flavors(chili, beef and chicken). I also like the Buldak flavors, which are very spicy.

If it's not rice and beans, it's noodles-something-or-other. I'm dirt poor. I'll eat noodles about three to five times a week, depending on the week.

make sure to add some meat and vegetables in there, to get your proteins and necessary vitamins.

I used to add eggs to my noodles too, but right now, it's like topping ramen with gold.

After I got on RedNote, I was watching Chinese people make fresh noodles from scratch! I can't wait to try doing that, but I think I need the right kind of flour and a larger work space. My kitchen is really small and cluttered.

Lately I've been getting ramen every grocery trip, I'm actually going to eat some Udon noodles after I'm done posting on forums lol. I've had homemade noodles once, my mother in law made them from scratch to go with mashed potatoes one Thanksgiving and they were super good!

I used to buy the Ramen in bulk, and would usually eat two bricks with one or even only half of a flavoring packet--way too salty! I have found that my stash of flavoring packets has come in handy for other cooking though. But I'd prefer to whip up my own flavoring.

After having watched Negima!?, I really want to take a deep dive into all the various methods of Ramen the Japanese cook. Apparently, us Westerners are missing out! It's a shame too, because there are so many Asian restaurants around where I live that I could just go there and explore, but I'm too deep in poverty to afford that. Ah well. But it's fun to learn to cook it on your own, and you create a new skill and save money in the long run!
