Hmm interesting...
1st - The fight between Doflamingo and Luffy somehow dissapoint me little bit. I mean Doflamingo is pottrayed as a big bad guy who is so powerful in the underworld stuff. Also he's one of the Shichibukai so I expected that he has more tricks than what I've seen in the fight (or to be more powerful, I mean look at Hawkeye). That doesn't mean Luffy can't beat Doflamingo, it just I want to see more from the fight.
2nd - When will One Piece end? You have to wait until Oda pass away (This may be rude but seriously, he himself said that he still has tons of ideas for the future)
3rd - There are many ways to interpret the World Government's trueself. The key question is "what is the relationship between the World Government (or the World Nobles in the past) and the "D" family?". So far what we know is that both families: World Nobles and The D are mortal enemies. But what made them become enemies? I think that the World Nobles reflects the order of the world, however, they also want the absolute control for "peace". The D family (or we can say Devil family cuz many World Nobles call themselves as "Saint") on the other hand follows the freedom, they are not bound by any law, rule from the outsiders (at some point I think it is D family themselves were the first "pirates"). So what World Nobles should do? They have to oppress D family, even have to destroy them. Based on the current state of One Piece we can say World Nobles succeeded and then now we have World Government.
Basically that's the idea, the conflict between 2 ideas, 2 great forces. From this we can interpret further, for example as many people said that World Government (or Nobles) did something evil in the past in order to gain the absolute power as we see now. The D family knew this, and they tried to do stop it, the appearance of pirates could be one of their method.
About the Marine, I totally disagree if someone say the Marine is "bad" cuz what define "good" and "bad"? To me Marine is just a tool in order to control and oppress the pirate. As a tool, the Marine force can only know what World Government tell them, basically "you guys, marine, are the embodiment of justice (or whatsoever). You are the protector of the Good, the pirates are Bad, they are just some bandits at sea, go kill them!"
We can't say pirates are "good" neither cuz there are many bandits who will do anything to gain benefits for themselves. but on the other hand there are tons of pirates who just want to be free and seek adventure and glory (like Whitebeard's).
