Do you play video games in your dreams?

I have this experience of always playing video games in my dreams. It always happens to me whenever I get a new game that's difficult for me to beat. I usually see myself playing it in my dream and I get tips from my dream play on how to beat the game.

Does this happen to you?
 
I can't say I have ever played video games in my dreams but then again I don't always remember my dreams so I could have done and could not have remembered if I had. In the dreams I remembered I have never been playing video games in them though.
 
Yes! This has happened to me. Sometimes I dream some made up segment of the game, but I actually can relate to dreaming of getting stuck and the dream version helps me progress. One of the first instances was with Ocarina of Time, funny enough. When you are collecting the cuccos, I didn't know how to collect the ones past the tall fence. I just dream of Link grabbing a cucco to fly over the fence. Of course, once I tried next day, it wasn't nearly as gracious, but it gave me the key.

Many years later I tried Master Quest and again dream revealed to me the possible location of a hidden key I needed to progress in a dungeon. When I tested it, it was wrong place but right room, if I recall correctly. :LOL:

Honestly, I loove it and I wish it happened more often.
