I think we had a similar discussion before.
Let's just as well discuss it again and yes sometimes I do care about the opinions and sometimes I don't

It depends on what exactly the opinion is about.
It's really hard to, not to think of your weakness when it's being targeted by strangers. If you are already insecure about something, people passing comments or downright being mean about it, doesn't actually help and you just can't ignore it

but we always stress about others lol. it's only possible for people who are really strong
I do agree. I used to allow it to effect as well, but then I rechanneled the energy to allow it to motivate me. It's a harder task to do, but it's all about taking the negative energy and turning it into a postive. I'd say therapy in the past helped me to overcome this obstacle.

not many can afford therapy and you really need to open up to the person to get out of your messy thoughts.
i think it depends on the personality and how capable the therapist is

i agree. finding good people to talk to(especially friends) can help you when you’re feeling down or writing down thoughts. It helps me sometimes. Has it helped you?

no lol.
people found out about my writing before and made fun of me. typical case of bullying. so i try to remain anonymous and post about myself online from time to time including here and in a way it makes me feel i am not alone
