After a while a website (any kind of) is online, "stalkers" will start to come and see pages but won't ever join up and that's because many people don't know how to join or don't have any specific reason to join up, and so they don't. Just like some people who visit youtube daily but they didn't ever join up even to protect their own privacy or because don't have the time to.
