I prefer CGI.
What about you guys? I really love the animation of God eater a lot.

I can appreciate it but I like the look of the older hand drawn cells better. But I am probably biased because I still draw old school with pens and paper.

actually that is one I did of my wife. Never completed it. wanted to do at ocean beach background.

and i am sure it's going to be even more cool with a very good background.
 
I've not seen too many CGI animes except the 2 Final Fantasy films.
I do generally prefer traditional, especially today when CGI just kinda looks like ass.... it's way too over produced.

Watch Houseki no kuni. Will change all your preconceptions of CGi in anime.
 
CGI has been getting a lot better in anime but it's a medium I watch for traditional animation and I don't know I just prefer it I guess.

Dang that does look pretty neat. Thanks for the suggestion, I've added it to my wishlist so I'll try and get around to watching it soon.
