Burnsy as mod or designer of OPF

You do know that we have bans in here not to mention, we allow using the curse words(provided that they aren't directed towards members, in any way).

It's everything you have ever asked for when you were a loyal member of NBF. Everyone disappeared when we split into groups. NBF and your site died. We need to live with that. Now, we have new mebers like mansi, smoker, albert...and others.
I don't really believe in "too many mods" stuff. Everything needs a strong foundation. A foundation for any forum, is the staff. No matter how much the forum grows, I am not going to take more than 10-15 mods.

I wanted @Sindar to become a staff member too, but he didn't want any responsilities, because of his time and all :/
So, I have decided to create a V.I.P. group and shove him inside than group :evil2:
Well, anyway there you have it. Let's leave everything that happenedbefore and start a new.
I would like to recruit you, if you want to become a part of us.
Benefits for becoming a staff meber:
Access to staff meetings section.
Access to V.I.P. forum.
Can have your own office without having the 5000 post count.
Mod powers(more like burden :/ )

You need to do:
Stay active and increse your post count.
Welcome new members.
Create cool threads.
Using your mod powers when required.

That's about it :D
Also, I admit it....your art is good..I mean like really good. The current background too me an hour and our users still complain about it :cry1:

So, think about all this for a moment and now give me your answer :D

Cant you all see I just wanna be a normal member who pops up randomly answers a thread which I find interesting and be on my way? No i don't wanna be a mod or designer or VIP or join any team. Can you people respect that?
The banning thing for me was a problem only when there was someone who should be banned and I couldn't. It doesn't make a difference here.
And why don't you just use the old theme which everyone liked if they don't like this?
