Brainstorming

Alright so I searched the error you're getting and looked at the screen shots and I really don't know all I can suggest is try opening an incognito tab and try access the site and see if it could be any of the plugins you're using that is causing this. If that doesn't work that I'm all out of ideas and you might need to do some research of your own or ask someone more experienced on the topic.

It is not working even on the incognito tab. I tried turning off all my plugins n shit still the same

did you talk to your isp? may be they can tell you what's wrong with it?
did you try animemangaforum.net?
 

i think it's malware.
try anti malware and spyware and run them. may be they could see and remove all the malware and adware you have
 
If you need a VPN to access the site then you are clearly IP address banned. I think Clar said something about cloudflare so your IP is most likely black listed by them.
 
Its his ISP blocking some connections. My old bsnl internet didn't connect to ubisoft servers for example and some other sites. VPN used to fix that so I think it's the same.

i tried torr. it works on torr cuz torr changes ip. i tired Microsoft edge and firefox too. it doesn't work there. ill try malware

Thank you for the quick response Davis.
We didn't find it blacklisted in our admincp. May be it's been backlisted in cloudflare and we don't have any control over it :(

Back when I briefly used cloudflare I know some of my users reported having trouble because cloudflare or their ISP didn't like each other, one of the reasons I dropped the service.

Still, a VPN changes your IP which is the reason for the no connection so that means something has the IP banned or the IP falls under a IP wildcard ban listing.

can something be done without losing that cloudflare? i don't want to see this place filled with spam too many advertising posts.

Yeah....do flush your dns first.
Then we can decide about other stuff.

Proxy changes the way you connect rose. It has everything to do with proxy sometimes.. .Assuming they are using it.
Proxy address is the one used to connect to the internet and it masks our own identity.

Please do some search. It's easier to understand with examples and such.
