i would say for fantasy, i would ask you to watch magi.
for reincarnation, nothing comes to my mind apart from novels and for horror, hellsing, monster, mirai nikki would do.
for game, then sword art online, log horizon, hack series.
for thriller, you can try seirei no moribito, another. supernatural genre is vast lol. you can pick anything from ghosts to just weird creatures. so you need to pick something specific lol
for scifi i would ask you to watch ergo proxy

That's a long list man.
I would probably add some of these anime to my list but I think I pretty much watched everything listed there
