oh wow and here i thought people would give out a list of mute anime characters here grungie
and i didn't watch that anime so can't say he is mute or not.

so he is not mute
and even for that one sentence, they must have arranged some voice actor for him

Why would they hire a voice actor to speak a line that isn't spoken? The running gag is that he doesn't talk.

so many characters lol
and this is a surprise to me and i don't remember much of such things after i finish an anime
