Anime adaptations of video game franchises

What is your opinion in Anime that comes from videogames. Do you think it works?
Recetly we had Ace Attorney turned into anime.
A while go i am sure I saw Devil Mat Cry (White haired Dante).
I actually enjoyed the Disgaea adaptation, but that is one game I haven't played so I don't know how well it compares.

anyway, have you watched any videogame adaptation uinto Anime?
What did you think of it?

i might have seen some but i don't know much but video game adaptations that i don't know they were not taken from manga. aoba is a character in an anime that have this
