I feel like it should be like everything else and play it safe for the most part, but it should be allowed to push the line a bit if it works and fits the shows. Granted it needs to fit the show and genre, but I would not be a fan of say Gundam getting involved with Trump or Dragon Ball joining...

Like for viewer ratings and such? I think they should be similar as the massive hits of one will also spark a hit on the other side, but it is not perfect. Between the two media types changing content or simply making entirely new stories to the fact that not everything is released together or...

I would say that it does, but for me, it is normally being motivated by the anime to achieve stuff. There is a good group of us locally that watch anime to get pumped up for the gym. I don't really know if that truly works with the point of this topic, but the plot does play a role in it.

This is the best advice for most things. Give it a try and the worst case is you learn some life lessons and gain a ton of experience. Not doing it will not only always result in failure, but you learn nothing either.

No, they are all terrible lol. Actually, that may not be true. I am just not caught up. I generally lag behind Anime by a few years. I am currently on Gundam Unicorn as my newest Mecha. Which I am enjoying.

It depends on the genre I suppose Most I give an episode or two, but if it is a mecha anime or something I really want to enjoy, I might power the whole season before I give up.

I do not enjoy or support the genre, but it is wildly popular, so I doubt it is going anywhere and will only get more over-the-top pranks as people try to one-up each other. On the note of YouTube commenters, eh.... I doubt you will see a moral high ground there lol.

I oddly really enjoy most CG, this one just didn't work for me. Although 2D is still my favorite.

I don't think it is all too great for the anime community. Anime is really edging towards mainstream in a lot of the world, but now I see a lot of social media that has user content probably not winning over families 😅

Ya, they lack the hype of being heard live, but still have the poor audio setups and don't record well. There are certainly some good ones, but most don't do it for me.

I will often search out the full songs and the bands that play them, but I do not enjoy most recordings of live music in general.

The first season was really good and certainly added to the massive cult following the manga was getting. However, they never made a second season and then years later "rebooted" it by just continuing the manga story, but choosing a strange animation style that is like some CG comic...

Well, getting back on track.... 😅 For me, this would have to be the Berserk season 2 reboot and whatever that animation choice was.

I feel like anime often has the chance to fix the pacing issues in Manga as they get to see it happen and can then modify how things happen to meet what viewers want. But.... I don't think many do this well and most of the pacing seems to relate to one side trying to push out too much content...
