We have a baby tortoise at the moment.
It ran away like 2 months ago and just came back ... To be honest, it's been a really pleasant suprise (0v0)
I wish it could remember our voices and remember us all the time ^^
That's all.
Just wanna share it with you guys \(^.^)/
 
That's adorable lol, I'd like to see some pictures of your baby Tortoise someday! What did you name he/she?
 
What species of tortoise is it? We have always dreamed of starting a Sulcata tortoise rescue, but the expense of keeping them warm during the winter in this area would be substantial. Perhaps one day, if we relocate to a southern region, it may become feasible.

I don't think so.. But they can memorize direction... However they don't have good IQ like cats and dogs....

I think it's a type of Indian flapshell tortoise. That's great. Hopefully you will be able to get the time and the resources for the rescue stuff.. Soon ^^
That's a really cool thought process.
