Would you support the Human Instrumentality Projects?

It's a project in anime Evangelion, which is united all humans as one being. The concept is nobody exist as singularly, but as a part of the whole, where every flaws of every humans will be complemented by the strength of others, this erasing insecurities in people's heart

If somehow there is certain organization in real life that want to achievement this (don't ask how because i don't know how), would you support them? or against them?
 
i don't like it
we would stop being alive and i can't even begin to imagine that. i would much rather have my weakness too
 
I haven't watched that anime, but I wouldn't want that.
You can't forcibly make people do something and it's like losing their own individuality.

Wouldn't that be very boring?
It's like you are killing people until just one remains.

From what i know it's like this.. when the individuals become one, all that feelings and experiences also blend into one. Example : there is unfortunate guy who never feel happy on his life, but after blend into one entity.. he can feel the joy of rich and successful because that weakness of being unfortunate and poor is filled from by the feelings and experiences of the rich guy

Not exactly like that, it's more like killing all to be reborn as one

why would i want others to know about it?
people would treat you differently once they got hold of your weakness. and even if you are online you should be very careful
