Would you demand to see the chef if the dish is not to your liking?

if it's a small diner and you have ordered a lot but something is not to your liking.
would you pick a fight with the chef?

Nah I'm not a fan of confrontation, if my dish isn't to my liking I'll just call the waiter/waitress over and tell them I would like my dish prepared to my liking. I wouldn't get angry or anything like that lol.

exactly lol. if you have any requests you make them beforehand.
or else you would get a standard dish
