Worst anime you watched in 2018?

Wow yeah those two were regarded as the edgiest show of last year.
For me it was without a doubt fucking Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody. It's the epitome of boredom. I don't know why I watched the entire series. The animation is just the worst. The characters are just tropes, there only for fan-service. And I've never seen a more bland mellowed MC. Horrible show.
Other contenders would be Persona 5(watched only 3 episodes though, convoluted as hell and boring as day) and SAO Alicization(third season and once again with a bunch of characters sitting around and narrating plot points, boring boring, dropped at episode 13).

Actually the name has nothing to do with the story. It's just some guy who gets transported to a new world, takes some women and children as slaves and roams around.
Oh no no you were probably thinking of SAO Alternative: Gun Gale Online. That one was very good, really fun and entertaining. It's a spin-off series.
SAO: Alicization. Gigguk was wrong there and you probably didn't hear any hate because everyone who didn't like SAO already moved on so it was the fans watching it. And the LN readers have been waging this campaign saying the volumes that come after S1 and S2 are very good. It's the same boring thing. There was one good episode featuring a fight against goblins and that's it. Everything else is just narration. Literally.

Wow that's a hard disagree for me, the production value and the OP alone make Log Horizon infinitely better, not to mention the better writing and characters. But yeah I guess I definitely don't agree to that.
