They are both kind of silly in private life, but powerful warriors nevertheless. Who do you think is more intelligent: Monkey D. Luffy or Son Goku?

Not by much, but I would say Goku since Luffy only thinks about meat and charging in.

Honestly we are not supposed to compare. Goku and the anime are just too broad. Just because he can play planned don't mean he can do the same in one piece world
