Who is the most unique anime character?

Before you say it, this is not related to any favourite anime characters and how they are unique to you.
Let's just stick to the character personality, doing things differently or reacting differently to a situation.
 
lol for an instance i thought you were referring to bizarre characters but we have a lot of them.
there are too many characters with the same traits in anime and they are no longer unique but just unique for that anime.

Just tired of the regular good old discussions and characters
 
Ummmmm, I think a few that stand out to me is Naruto and All Might, as they both kind of stand out and do their own thing.

i think all the protagonists persuade people like ichigo and then there is luffy but they have tempers and they don't lower themselves a lot making the viewers cringe at the stupidity
