Who is the most irritating(not useless)?

In Naruto well..... There is a lot of other irritating characters especially in filler episodes. I find that really rich actor's kid. The snotty big lipped boy. I forgot his name but he has bodyguard that plays jutsus with him. While he their money at them. I feel sorry why Naruto has to babysit that child.

You say "not useless" but "irritating" character of Naruto between Naruto, Sakura and Hinata? Well, Sakura is definitely the most useless and irritating character. She's a total looser!
I also wonder all the times why someone like Sakura is part of an anime like Naruto.
