Who is the most absurd character on anime?

most of the characters from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo series. Really hard to pick one really. Ninja Nonsense would be another contender.
 
Joseph Joestar in Part 2 of JoJo is pretty weird and over-the-top. Lots of characters in JoJo are extremely weird and absurd for that matter.

Superpowers are absurd in themselves.  But ina world where superpowers are the norm there's only one who still stands above the rest in absurdity.
