Who do you think is the most funniest and most irritating character in One Piece?

The funniest is Luffy. I don't find any of the characters particularly irritating, but if I had to choose one that I don't really like from the entire series, it would be Spandam.

No. His strength is good but he is just a pervert and we Shane enough of those in straw hats

Well, he has shown to be very intelligent in many places, and he's shown that he is willing to sacrifice his life for his crew. Plus, he's a great cook.

Everyone has their flaws. At least he is not a coward like Usopp. He always sticks up for his friends.

I thought he was an okay guy when he offered his life instead of Zorro's to that shichibukai. After that I know never thought of him as charismatic. Sorry about the typos as I am using my phone

I'm not a grammar Nazi. And, I guess being charismatic is subjective, but, I think he is.
