Who do you think is the most funniest and most irritating character in One Piece?

ya luffy just gives no thought to anything just goes head first... usopp on the other hand should just die

Yea.........Oda did not change his character even after the timeskip........

They could have juz left him on that water island in the enies lobby arc.........Though, I kind of liked Sogeking.........

I think that Luffy is definitely the funniest character in One Piece. One Piece doesn't really send that many jokes into the show because it is a shonen, but when it does, it's hilarious.
The most irritating character in One Piece is Usopp in my opinion. He's a liar and he takes credit for things that he didn't do. We would expect that attitude would change after the timeskip and he would get more mature, but he hasn't really done a thing. He hasn't gotten much stronger, he just got more supplies and a larger weapon. The fact that he has such an attitude makes me cringe.

As far as funniest character goes, there are a lot on my list. I'd probably say Brook but I'm sure I'm forgetting a few people but they don't come to mind :/
