Which shows were surprisingly popular with the gender that was not their target demographic?

I am sure there must be anime like that. So, what are your thoughts about this?
 
Apparently girls really liked Redo of Healer for some reason.

Other than that, it’s stuff that at face value looks like they’re targeted at girls, but are actually shonen or seinen manga like K-on, Lucky Star, and the rest of that genre.

and you are right. all the girls liked it just like how boys like all the fanservice in other anime lol
