Which anime does the Fanservice right?

If by right you mean it actually tying into the story or the aesthetic of the anime, then Monogatari, Highschool DxD(self-indulgent), KonoSuba, Prison School. I also respect these for not holding back and embracing the fact that they can be trashy.

I always feel weird explaining that the toothbrush scene in Nisemonogatari actually somehow makes sense in context. As opposed to something like To Love Ru where someone would ask “how did he fall on a fully clothed girl and has his hand under her bra and the other hand spreading her cooch?”
