Where did all of these new seasons of anime coming from?

So, how come all the sequels are released at once for most of the anime?
Is there any survey once in a while for sequel releases or something? What do you guys think?

i am not completely sure at all and there could be many complications when it comes to that
 
Idk what you’re getting at. If you keep up with anime seasons, it’s not as coordinated as you think it is. Every season has new shows peppered in with new seasons of other shows.

that's something lol
they should try to release sequels based on the ratings and demand if you ask me .

The OP kind of reads off like she just looked at the new season listing for the first time and saw a bunch of new seasons and thought it was weird seeing a bunch of season2’s like it’s a new thing.
 
They don't have any patterns man.
Whatever gets the ratings are the budget allocated to it, then it will obviously get a sequel
