What's your reason for taking breaks with anime and manga?

Is it the repetition of the stories? It's time for me and the lack of interest.

when i find too many boring anime or manga on a row, i try to take breaks lol
i am sure it's the same for others

Sometimes there isn't a good series or you just need a break, lots of media to enjoy besides anime.

Time and interest.
If something is interesting we can make time for it but that's not possible all the time
