With all the hype and discussion, I highly doubt any other anime can take it's position anytime soon.

but aot ended and anime usually loses all it's popularity just like that after it ended.

Haven't watched enough from this past decade, to give a subjective answer on it. Would need to watch a ton more, to get a better idea of what would be in my list, of the better anime's that have come out recently.
