What qualifies as a "10" for you?

Well, I believe an anime needs the following stuff to get a 10 from me:
1. Good humour (no washroom jokes)
2. Good music
3. Character development
4. Animation
5. Interesting plot
6. At least one unpredictable twist

These are the qualities I need, in an anime. What about you guys?

Hmm, not sure. Depends the genre.
In general I like that the characters are likeable enough, from there either their characters themselves are complex or at least the plot is pretty good.

I don't mind different animation style choices or even some cliche in them, but I don't like when they don't bother to elaborate more and just hint to interesting background story for the characters or plot and that's it. You'd never hear more on them. Finishing an anime that opens a lot of questions and doesn't provide those answers can be pretty frustrating when done poorly. I am okay with open endings and not being given every detail and clever writing, but some just won't care about tying knots that are bothersome enough to break my immersion.

Can't put it into words but FMAB is a good benchmark, especially after Bradley's twist and discounting the comedy.

I can swap out humor for great character interaction, but I pretty much agree.

Having good story where the storyline is clear and the characters are good, and also have thick plot. Good ending song is also a nice bonus

Something that's unique and unpredictable and either epic or has a story that manages to pull my heartstrings or manages to stand head and shoulders above everything else. Animation does not really matter as long it's good enough. I've only given three 10s in my entire anime watching journey. So it's only for the best of the best.
