What is the most disturbing anime you have ever watched?

Ermm, maybe Devilman Crybaby. I'd go as far to say Another? Not very scary but on the psychological level it's up there

Oh you've watched devilman crybaby? I think you wouldn't have watched such a fringe show being so new. We watched it in our monthly group watch and the two admins freaked out and quit at the first episode.

I tend to just scroll through crunchyroll or netflix and see what looks good haha!
 
It's hard to say man
There are many disturbing anime and I can't pick just one. Everything got something distributing
