Western cartoons made by Japanese animation studios

i can't think of any and the moment japanese studios make it, wouldn't it come under anime?

It shows how fickle of a term anime is if you gotta come up with a situation like “well if it’s based off of a manga, but animated by a Western studio, but dubbed in Japanese, is it anime?????”
